Mobilbank
With the Mobilbank app and internet access you can handle many regular banking transactions no matter where you are.
- For Android phones, iPhone and iPad. If you have Windows Phone or other mobile phones, use Netbank in your browser
- Transfer money between your own accounts and to other accounts
- Pay bills
Getting started
Mobilbank is available as an app for iPad, iPhone and Android phones.
Download apps
Download the app in Google Play and AppStore – search for: Nordea or use the QR codes below.
Nordea's Android app is optimised for Android OS 2.3.3. and above. It can also be downloaded on Android phones and tablets with a newer version of the operating system, but currently these are not supported.
The iPhone app is compatible with iOS5 and above.
Log on
You need two things to log on:
1) An active Netbank
2) Your NemID
You only need a code from your NemID code card if you want to transfer money to others.
Always remember to log off when finished.
What you can do with Mobilbank
Mobilbank is available in a Danish and English version.
- Overview of accounts.
- Pick an account and view the transactions on the account. You can also see account details.
- Choose Transfer to you to transfer money between your own accounts without having to use a code from your NemID code card.
- Choose Pay to others to transfer money to others or to pay bills. You need to use a code from your NemID code card.
- View amounts reserved on your Nordea Pay card.
- The menu Cards shows all your cards and here you can
- view your Nordea credit card transactions
- view your Nordea credit card insurance conditions - both travel insurance and purchase insurance
- block your cards
- If you have any loans, the balance will be shown. You cannot click on the loan and view transactions.
Security
To log on to Mobilbank you need the following:
- An active Netbank
- Your NemID.
It is only if you want to transfer money to others or pay bills that you need a code from your NemID code card.
Always remember to log off when finished.
Security rules
- Take care of your NemID.
- Block your code card if you lose it or there is a risk that it has been copied.
- Delete your mobile number in your Netbank if you lose your mobile phone.

To block your NemID number, your code card or your Netbank, you can:

- contact your branch.
